Shaman Rage Spell

At level 50 the duration on the Shaman Rage self buff was 16 minutes but now it is wearing off in less than a minute. Is this an intended change or a bug?

I would like to add that rage spell drain all my mana when i cast on me and doesnt last long (not even 25 sec)

Duration is a bug but draining mana is intended~
