Can we get official clarification about the mobs who have yet to spawn on their "second cycle"? Your last March Madness post implies these mobs will not go on 3 hours delay next natural spawn, which would be their second cycle:

Week 2 was cut short by a repop but theres still one more repop left of March Madness! Plan and strategize accordingly!

The second cycle was cut short by the repop, therefore the second cycle is over. All that is left is the second repop which we will not contest the mobs on the spreadsheet under that category for an hour.
