Models not animating, trouble zoning

Not sure where to turn, i've checked most of the forums and I have not found a resolution yet. I am having difficulties zoning, my characters arms and legs do not move like gumby and he moves quicker than usual. I can't zone into EC or anything. If anyone can help redirect me or help resolve this issue that would be great. Thanks.

There is a technical support forum on the boards, you can use the search feature to find related issues. Also, it would help if you actually included some information other than halp i have a problem.

I.E... what client your using, if your computer has a quad or dual core processor, if your running eqwin, etc etc. Only you know this information.
