Saturn-like planet should be visible in Plane of Sky & during GM Events

While crawling through thousands of screenshots while researching pet names, I came across a ton of images in Plane of Sky with a Saturn-like planet in the background. It was so common in fact that I stopped flagging / collecting the photos

Note that all those images have the planet skewed at an angle, however I believe it can change position as Norrath turns, as this next photo shows it more horizontal:

So I was pretty convinced this was just a perk of being in the Plane of Sky, then I came across this curious image, which apparently shows the planet rising behind some trees (commonlands? karanas?):

This confused me as I never ever recalled seeing a Saturn-like planet in the sky during live (never went up to PoS myself on live either). Then I found the smoking gun explanation in this other image of Saturn over the Karanas:

There is a blurb that reads:
The Norrathian version of Saturn hangs low in the night sky over the North/South Karana stone bridge. Saturn makes an appearance whenever there is a major GM event going on.

I think that would be pretty slick to implement! Makes Sky seem more 'other worldly' and it can be a 'bat signal' of sorts during GM events. Would have loved having a screenshot during the Halloween event while I was in illusion form with Saturn in the night sky :)

Is this something that can be implemented? Not sure if the actual image of the planet is available in older / more classic clients (else need to be recreated in photoshop), or if it is something that can't be implemented due to Titanium. Maybe there are some ways around it by building it into a texture or something.

I did sky for years and I don’t remember it ever being anything but bright daylight up there. Does it ever turn night in PoSky on p99?

I think titanium is limited to 2 satellites. One for the center of the day sky, one for the center of the night sky.

As far as plane of sky being stuck at 6pm, there are multiple classic screenshots of sky at night time suggesting it, at least visually, wasn’t stuck at dusk.

Possible solutions:
1) Can saturn be incorporated into the sky texture in PoS then?
2) Can the single satellite be a composite of both images, that move together? (would be pretty large?). Not sure if you can specify the satellites by zone or if they are global.
3) If this is to be implemented, is it possible to replace the moon with saturn for GM events? (or the other suggestion 1 & 2)
