Clicky armor spell cooldown

The Kunark armor clicky spells currently have a cool down timer, they can't be spammed.

Specifically i'm using a Deepwater BP casting symbol of naltron and getting red letters "spell cool down timer has not expired" timer is pretty long kept getting it for 3 or 4 minutes.

This wasn't added until after luclin i think?

Even after Luclin I can remember spamming my old Kunark clickable armors.

Im pretty sure they dont have timers on your clickies till like PoP and it SAYS it has a timer, i dont think kunark clickies ever have timers.

When were Kunark BP effects changed to have a recast delay?

This and Donal legs had a cooldown. Not sure why.

I recall a Buff Icon being put on the person you heal with the Donal's Breastplate of Morning after the CH.This was the "recast"delay. But you could still CH other people. I think it was a 10 min "buff".

Looking back I can find posts of people saying it was nerfed due to fights in Velious.

To give you an example how overpowering this BP was before the patch...

Back when PoG was still a challenge, we were able to take down some of the tough named Treants like Feyl easily with less than 4 groups by having our clerics with Donal BPs alternate CH on our main halfling warrior. The other melee classes were in melee range, but not underneath the mob to switch agro. Sorta hilarious to watch his hp bar slide back and forth and back and forth. ;)



This is the only recast delay I ever had seen for the Kunark armor sets. Pallys would Spam click Deeperwater Helm for free heals all the time.
