Warrior PvP Help

Just started playing on P99 Red - been on for about 3 weeks now - and I've been trying to find guides for some inkling to help me do better in PvP. I find it difficult to consistently do damage when my opponent skips like 5 feet a second while strafing. I've heard of jousting but from my understanding, that's pretty ineffective while dual wielding. I don't have a two-handed yet. And even then It's hard to gauge the timing when to hit Q.

So if anyone has any tips or know a guide I can read up on or video to watch. Let me know, thank you.

I usually run around 100 MS according to the F11 Key.
