Is red/blue cross server trading allowed?

they used to. I assume it created problems if they no longer do.

They used to, wish they still did, i got a crap load of stuff on red that just rots cause i can't transfer back to blue.

I believe the only reason they banned it was because of the Derubel scandel and him RMTing somehow using red/blue transfers. Screwed it up for the rest of us.

they use to do it and many people like myself ate a ban (later lifted) for dealing with shady players like "Pixelpalace" , later found to be Vaporize

IF you are trying to get rid of Red stuff and are seeking blue stuff I can’t really help but I stopped playing blue without cashing out a long time ago and can give you that stuff

i remember when it was LEGAL to trade full accounts for other accounts in the trading forums both red and blue...

If this is enforced anything like 2 boxing you should be fine to go ahead and trade red / blue just don't post it in server chat or something. If the GM's have to do 5 minutes of work to find out you did it they won't so don't worry.
