Or at least Kobald Molars.
According to the attached post from Allakhazam, a 55 toon was able to loot Kobald Molars, despite being way above level. Kobald Molars are not effected by TLC, yet on P99 they are. I've leveled enough toons in The Warrens to confirm that yes, they will not drop if you do not get XP from them. It appears that it is MAGIC items that is supposed to be flagged by the TLC, not NO DROP.

In fact, Trivial Loot Code should be removed by now, it was removed the same time that Iceclad Docks was added as a melee bind point, and when the entrance to Kael was added as a bind point.

Nov 7th, 2001:
"** Zone Specific Changes ** - Kael now has specific bind locations, located only at the entryways. This means that binding will only be possible in those areas. - Trivial Loot code has been removed from the Stonebrunt Mountains and the Warrens. - Added a melee bind location to the dock in Iceclad. Briefly, the Trivial Loot Code works like this: If a character kills an NPC and that NPC does not give them experience, then the Trivial Loot Code takes effect. If any member of a group does not get experience for a kill, the Trivial Loot Code will take effect. The Trivial Loot Code prevents magical, lore and no-drop items from appearing on the corpse. Normal items and coins will appear on the corpse in all cases as usual.

re: the FV server, there might have been different rules for it in particular as mentioned in the broken link above. Per patch notes, TLC affected no-drop and magic from dropping, though.

Our next patch should include Oct2001 material (i.e. chardok revamp), so we are not yet at that point on timeline. Following Oct2001, there will be Nov2001 and anything that happened Dec2001 prior to Luclin release.
