Tune is a really good #2. He's the guy you want leading the off hour raids, putting together exp groups and epic fights, etc., basically doing all the bitch work. But he's not really the guy you want negotiating with GM's, leading PvP, making the tough decisions etc. Not a knock on the guy, everyone needs that strong #2 to keep the guild going, but when you try to make a #2 a #1 you run into these issues.
