Questions on where i can be bound

So I tried to search for the answer to this, but the search pared my question down to 'binding'...ugh.
1) can only someone in group with you bind you somewhere?
2) can you be bound somewhere not in a city? like those karanas are a long way away from qeynos, man! A list or link to where you can/cannot bind would be awesome.
3) can casters who can't bind themselves yet be bound in more areas than melee characters?

Only group members can bind you yes.

You can be bound in all cities. In North Karana you can be bound at the gypsy camp. In field of bone you can be bound juat inside the ruins that lead to najena. The outpost in Overthere as well as Firiona vie. Highhold keep... I think I am forgetting a few.

And lastly until you can bind yourself you are stuck getting bound in the aforementioned areas

To answer your third question, no, casters who cannot yet bind are subject to the same restrictions as melee characters. Once they attain the spell for themselves, they can self bind almost anywhere

On the topic of binds, my favorite is right at the russian vendor in the back of the tunnel. Been bound there for the last 35 levels. There are several popular places to bind, such as PoM (exit puts you in CS near portal ring), and Freeport near the tents in noob zone. (similar to my tunnel bind but for all class and lvls).
