The Illusionists Stone (https://wiki.project1999.com/Illusionists_Stone) appears broken at the moment. Currently it is only giving the buff "Illusion: Tree" and not the actual appearance of a tree. It was working about six months to a year ago but over the past couple of months it hasn't. Testing it in different zones—East Commonlands, Western Wastes, etc.—has produced the same anti-climatic result.
