problems with both fullscreen and windowed

If i run the game windowed, the bottom side gets cut off no matter what resolution i put it. And when i run it fullscreen this happens (see picture). I tried everything, editing the eqclient.ini file, running it with a windowed borderless program... Any Help? Thanks in advance.
