Price Check on Silver Ruby Veil and Silver Sapphire Necklace

Working on getting my JC up a bit and was wondering what value I should associate with the Silver Ruby Veil +4 STR +4 WIS Face and Silver Sapphire Necklace +4 STR +4 INT Neck

I have been saying 220pp for Veil and 200pp for necklace.

What do others think?
