Can't use clockwork on rogue, and custom cowl is unattainable for me. Any other options out there peeps?

Another option would be custom crown of the kromzek kings, but that's probably even more unobtainable. You might be SoL here

What does https://wiki.project1999.com/Square_Helm look like on a gnome? Don't know the answer but it's a Velious plate all/all helm.

Square helm has the classic plate graphic, not velious plate. http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=5262

Sadly, rogues don't have any reasonably attainable options for velious helm graphics. I want my dumb assling bucket helm, too.

There's no need to go to Allakhazam for that sort of information anymore: I recently added all of that fashion info as categories on the wiki, to help solve exactly this sort of problem.

To start with, you need an item that has the look you want. Evilkorn mentioned the Clockwork Watchmen Helm (http://wiki.project1999.com/Clockwork_Watchman_Helm), so when we check it on the wiki we can see that it has a "Fashion: Leather" category. What this means is that any other item in that same category will look identical to a Clockwork Watchment Helm (well, unless it had a different tint color).

Now here's the less-than-ideal part: once you go to the "Fashion: Leather" category (http://wiki.project1999.com/Category:Fashion:_Leather) you will see every leather item in the game. The problem is, you only want to see items that are also in the "Head" category and that are wearable by rogues ... ie. the set of items that are both in "Fashion: Leather" AND in http://wiki.project1999.com/Special:ClassSlotEquip/Rogue/Head/AllItems.

Unfortunately there is currently no way to do that. There is a media wiki extension that would let us search across multiple categories, but I still need to A) figure out who can add that to the wiki and B) talk them in to doing it. Until that happens your best bet is probably just to click through every item in http://wiki.project1999.com/Special:ClassSlotEquip/Rogue/Head/AllItems, looking for ones that are also in the "Fashion: Leather" category. Hopefully you can save time by skipping a bunch that have poor stats, or that have names which clearly indicate non-leather.

Just as a for instance, let's say you wanted the helm with that look with the highest AC possible (not something Rogues typically want, this is just an example). If you go to the Rogue Head Items page you can sort the items by AC. Then if you open the top few links in a new window (if you do it in the same window you'll have to redo the sorting every time you go back) you'll notice that two of the top items are in the Fashion: Leather category: Custom Frostreaver's Velium Crown (http://wiki.project1999.com/Custom_Frostreaver%27s_Velium_Crown) and Custom Crown of the Kromzek Kings (http://wiki.project1999.com/Custom_Crown_of_the_Kromzek_Kings). Viola, you just found the highest-AC Rogue head item with the fashion style you desire.

Hope that helps.

For the velious custom look there's 3 helmets to select from, which are mentioned in posts above - dats all folks

This is one of those things you're just going to have to

1) write off and cry about
2) live in Seb for the next 5 years trying to get a few hundred thousand plat in order to buy one
3) join A/A and spend 5 years trying to climb dkp mountain

I'll go with #1, seems like the least amount of effort. And I guess if insane velious plate look on a gnome I'll have to dust off my warrior ☺
