figured it be for your under geared level 60 monk... cause you need healz an all.

yes he can get it at level one you need ally faction to the NFP peeps so have fun with that one.

Thanks for the info. He's a lvl 1 Human Paladin worshipping Mithaniel Marr. Hopefully not too much factioning needs to be done.

best way to faction is tag lucan kills and turn in Damaged Militia Helm (https://wiki.project1999.com/Damaged_Militia_Helm) shouldn't take too long. Lucan (https://wiki.project1999.com/Sir_Lucan_D%27Lere) tagged two different kills faction was ally from APP
