Booted, Then Unable To Connect

I was running around in the game perfectly fine, then noticed my spell bar lock up and figured I was going LD. I got disconnected and was not able to reconnect. What is weird is that I can't even pull up the P99 site. I'm having to post this with my phone.

Could this be a firewall issue? How do I fix it?

Metamorphosis was indeed correct. There were no further issues after a few hours had passed.
