I know this was adjusted up to bring the cost in line with the original time line. However, I believe the cost was adjusted slightly to high.
Also the Amulet of the Void & The Amulet of Planar Transference (https://www.project1999.com/forums/showthread.php?t=277776) are broken within the Plane of Sky, so there is no way to avoid the purchase of the stone. (Sorry, shameless plug for another bug.)

The Plane of Hate can only be reached via the wizard spell Alter Plane: Hate, and requires a reagent called Fuligant Soulstone of Innoruuk. The stone is sold by a vendor in the dark elf cleric guild, in Neriak 3rd Gate. Minimum price for it is 105pp. It used to be 250, so that's a big price drop.

Cloudy Stones of Veeshan: cost from 200-250pp. Can be bought in Erudin at the library from Sornita Eltern. You will need one for each port the wizards will do.
Coffins: cost around 180pp. You can buy them on first island in Plane of Sky, from Key Master

The only way to get here is via Wizard translocation (Spell: Alter: Plane of Sky). The Wizard can only translocate one group at a time. Further, the spell requires a component called the Cloudy Stone of Veeshan, which costs about 215 Platinum (each).

As a side note, the original price for sky/hate stones was a bit over 200pp, so they have come down a bit.

Get a port up from a wizzie, stone is about 210 pp. Cloudy stone of veeshan,
Conclusion
These all indicate a cost below 255 which is the best cost on P99 with high charisma. I believe it is because the base price on P99 is 250 (too high) and to match classic live, the base cost should be around 200. With average charisma, that would bring it to the 210 - 250 price quoted historically above. Since wizards historically have not concentrated on charisma the higher cost ceiling quoted would account for that.
