So i have installed EQ Titanium a couple different ways trying to get it to work but either way has a different problem,

1. i install it normally into a \programfiles

This installs fine, when i try to overright with the new P99 spell files, i get 2 errors,

1. can not output file C:\Program Files (x86)\P1999\Everquest\Launch Titanium.bat
2. ERROR: can not delete output file C:\Program Files (x86)\P1999\Everquest\dsetup.dll

With this setup i can launch game and go onto the P99 server but it says i do not have the correct spellset on the character creation screen.

2. I install it outside \Programfiles

Again it installs fine but this time i encounter different problems

1. the P99 spell file extracts without ERRORS this time and i actually have a Titanium.bat file, which i did not have before

2. if i use Titanium.bat to launch game i get the Error saying it cannot find eqgame.exe
3. if i use the eqgame.exe to launch game i get a Error saying it cannot find dsetup.dll

Any help would be appreciated

Did you fully delete / move the files you need to prior to p99 extraction? Are you in administrator mode?

Have you posted this in technical discussion????

How are you launching the Titanium.bat file? Are you simply double clicking on it or are you running as administrator?

As far as the dsetup.dll missing, what antivirus program are you using and did you exclude your EQ folder from scanning?

I figured it out with abit research, it was my firewall preventing certain files being copied over.
