Whats going on with my UI

I just downloaded the update files off the website and this is what happens. How do I fix it?

Image is too squished to see whats wrong.

What exactly is the problem?

What client are you using Titanium?

All the buttons are white and i cant see what they are...

Im using the regular client

Rename the default folder in the uifiles to something like default2 and then download the default UI from my sig and use that as the default.
