Helmet settings not "sticking" on my alts

Hiya, and thanks in advance for any help.

On my main, no problem. On my alts, however, when I select "show helmet off", it doesn't stick if I zone or camp. I have to manually reset it each time. Again, not true for my main, but it is for my alts, for some reason.

(I did copy the UI from my main to my alts....perhaps that has something to do with it.)

Anyone have any ideas?

You shouldn’t be able to keep any helm setting when you zone an haven’t been able for a number of years.
