Never had a problem with agatha or jupe.

Both helpful people. Could ask either for help and they'd show nps.

Did jupe nab that robe? Probably/yes. But the people that cried about it the most have faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaar worse records than a 10k manarobe...and after 4 years of nilly cannot say they never nabbed a few items themselves.
