Can level 1's use like Thurg robe / sleeves clicky?

Thurg and ss one on wiki dont give a level but kael version says usable at 50.

I can confirm that my lvl 5 enchanter has enchanter pants and slippers from Thurgadin and I am casting clarity and invis :)

Can't confirm anything else but my guess would be that it all works at least on lvl 5. At lvl 1? I'd guess so but don't know for certain.

This is actually one of the best uses for thurg gear. Twinking a lowbie with clickie power.

There was a topic of debate about this a while back when velious came out. People thought that it was too OP to allow low level players the ability to use thurg clickies. That topic got swept under the rug fast.

Definitely should influence prices for thurg MQ.

Believe it was 2 per tick so it definitely reflects your level

Get your alt to WL kael tunnel and fire off lvl 1-5 spells at giants being killed
