Shadowknight Test of Disempowerment piece not dropping

EDIT: Confirm this is now dropping... clear #17 gave one Blood Sky Emerald, although drop rate still seems excessively low.

Blood Sky Emerald (http://eq.magelo.com/item/20703) should be dropping from Spiroc Expulser, Spiroc Revolter, Spiroc Walker, & The Spiroc Guardian (http://eqsacredhonor.tripod.com/eqinfo1_plane_of_sky_items.html), but doesn't.

Per magelo (http://eq.magelo.com/item/20703) (admittedly current info, but all I could find and looks realistic), drop rate should be between 10-20% from both Revolters and Banishers. In the at least 16 isle 5 clears total that I can get info about, neither DA nor VD have gotten a single Blood Sky Emerald.

Can anyone verify that this item does drop? Cannot verify if this quest has been completed on server or not.

Fixed, pending update.

It was dropping from the wrong types of spirocs. (arbiter, banisher, caller)

Could you check The rate for Eye of Veeshan - drop: Blood Sky Ruby for the final SK quest-

Everywhere I look lists the blood sky ruby - and only some list Fae Pauldruns on Eye - meaning it was more-often than not- submited - we have seen many Fae Pauldruns - and never one Blood Sky Ruby.

While we are talking about Fae Pauldruns - we have yet to see a Sphinxian Ring from Sister of Spire - to complete the shoulders.

FYI- Yet more Fae Pauldruns from eye... and no ring from sister...and another shapphire from KoS lol ... should have seen a blood ruby by now- atleast alternating between fae pauldun and blood ruby.... and seeing how pauldruns are useless w/o the ring from sister thats not dropping- WTT fae pauldruns for blood sky ruby :-P

As per drop rate- as there is only low information about Sky etc- I applaud our dev team for how much of a complete experiance sky is- with what fragmented information etc is avail.

Based on this fragmented information:

All guides, Eye of Veeshan pages etc mention Blood Sky Ruby - implying that is was more frequent than- Fae Pauldrens for example- as Fae Pauldrens are only mentioned and listed as Eye loot - this would imply that ruby is more often dropped.
