I need the cleanest recording of the sound when you loot coin for a beat im making
does anyone know the name? all the sound file sare like anl_cl.mp3 and very confusing

I think those things are in game resource files that are in formats that you won't be able to easily read. I don't know if anyone has written a program to extract / convert those pieces of game data...could be a project worth starting.

its as simple as deleting a line of text from soundassets.txt

Some sounds are in the /sounds directory, but I think that a lot of the original resources are in some rather odd files. I don't think there is any easily accessible documentation on how to approach much of that data... :confused:

errr, my reply was a bit off the mark... however OP can deduce from it that the filename he's looking for is "itemclth.wav". Now wherever that may be is still a mystery to me.

Because it is probably data in one of the first few .PFS files. Those are a special EQ-specific file format and the documentation on that has kind of vanished over time...

Ah, I take it back... There is an old tool that I was able to finally find a working mirror for.
Here's the sound that you wanted, "BuyItem.wav":
