cannot see characters or mobs

I recently had to format my hdd and reinstall all my stuff, all drivers up to date etc..
problem is, when i install titanium i can see characters on the character select screen but it says i need to patch, so i install the V45 patch, log back in and although i can enter the game, i can't see any characters or mobs, only what is in their hands, ei weapons shields etc.
Haven't seen any threads about this, can anyone point me towards why patch v45 would cause this?
I have already, reinstalled twice, made sure all drivers and Direct X are up to date, also checked to make sure video mode is correct, all luclin models set to false in eqclient.

Sent you a copy of my eqclient.ini file via facebook, overwrite yours and see what happens.

and you are running in compatablility for xp service pack 2 i assume?

Yes yes, compat mode is set, anti virus and malware turned off... it's only characters and stuff i cant see

why is your eq folder over 3 gigs, mine was less than 2?

Bigger is Better.... Don't tell me you downloaded the p99 ready version? if you did that is probably the issue, this one is the full titanium

All i did was reset your 3d rendering and animation, your drivers were up to date but nothing was turned on n00bsauce

I'm having this same issue. I'm working on a reformatted computer with software/drivers updated. I've reinstalled both EQ Titanium and P99 v53 and still don't see characters or mobs. I've tried everything suggested in this thread and don't know what else to try. Any help would be much appreciated.

Please ignore my post, it turns out I did NOT have all my drivers re-installed.
