Attaining necro epic in Velious

With the revamps in Velious, how difficult is it to obtain the Necro epic nowadays? Comparable to an enchanter difficulty maybe now?

Nope, velious just lets smaller groups perma camp bottlenecks instead of bigger raids perma camping bottlenecks.

Sky Cloak is the hardest part really.
If you regularly do sky, I'd say it's pretty easy.
200k is tough to save up but just focus on the Plat farm and boom, duck stick

Yeah, you only need to solo The Spectre Sepulcher for his rare drop, like, 50 times. Or win the roll on a Hiero Cloak, like, 14 times! Boom. Duck stick.

The necros I've seen do it usually just camp the first cubby (#7 on the wiki map). Lull one of the mobs in the room, FD when it fails. Try again, FD when it fails. Try again, FD when it fails. Eventually it sticks. Then wait for the roamer to leave the room and charm the mob that you didn't lull and immediately send it at the ph/named. Haste pet, hope charm lasts the whole fight. FD if it doesn't. Then wait 21 minutes for repop and do it all over again.

@OP: I'd say it's definitely less hard in Velious due to hate and fear revamps but still one of the harder epics to achieve. Before revamp Slimeblood dropped off CT only meaning once a week there was a chance of getting it. Now three mini bosses can drop them each spawning every third day. So even though the fatalists will point to "neckbeards permacamping" them you have a shot at least if you're in one of the MANY guilds that compete for golems even if they only get them now and again... and if you aren't in one of those guilds how were you getting slimeblood before Velious?

Before slimeblood was around 600k I think and it is 200k now. Eye of Inny was 70-80k and is a 4-5k item today.
