I know that you have been spawning Tykar at the bar recently:

In fact there are usually 3 mobs spawned on the same location. The NPC in question, Groflah Steadirt, is apparently ment to spawn on the night/day timer, but I see that due to boat issues you are unable to do this.
Would you be able to spawn Groflah in the same manner as you have Tykar? The note recived by him in NFP is not, like one old poster states, the EFP note. (thus skipping the need for the EFP hand into).
Any clarity that can be shone on this matter would be much appreciated!
