Dumb question of the week here!

If i was to loot this item https://wiki.project1999.com/Helm_of_Ridossan and I wasnt a SK can you use it? I'm not talking about equipping it but having it in my inventory (such as a pair of jboots or something like that) and click using it.

I know I cant wear it, I wouldn't want to, but can you click use it?

My guess is no, but I dont know for sure. If its yes, then it might be worth getting.

Sometimes I'll summon a pet pre-battle, meditate to full mana and just keep the pet around as a mana battery of sorts. That way if I'm running low on mana I can reclaim the pet(if they didn't die) and have a nice boost to my mana pool.
