GINA. Google GINA Audio Triggers it should be the first result. You'll have to manually enter the search text of each buff (i.e. You feel the spirit of the wolf enter you) and set up the overlays and stuff unless someone sends you their personal triggers, but it's worth the time it takes to set up.

lol everyone does have the info if they want it. Spend the hours setting up the triggers like I'm sure Kelz did and you can have the same shit. It's free to download, free to use and most importantly log readers are classic as fuck.

Its QQUI but with a lot of personal modifications, but yep look into getting QQUI and you will have something similar.

Yeah, it looks pretty complicated but it's actually really simple. I think there's some videos on youtube of how to get started. Once you get a few overlays and categories set up you can make new triggers in less than 1 minute.
