Somethng strange with Lit spells

When I go to quad mobs in the last couple of hours, all the mobs are resisting the AoE spell that would produce the death blow. Tried it with both AoE lightning spells. DoT spells and my root are still working fine. The AoE spells that bring the mob down in health are still working fine, its just the final spell that is always resisted.

Am I missing something here or should I qq?

It's bugged and it sucks. I have posted in the bug forums. Feel free to bump my post.

At least you can bring them down to 0% and let thorns finish off the mob..
