Markar's Relocation

Was talking to a friend tonight and he was going to pick one of my alts up in FoB except he claimed that Markar's Relocation no longer evac you to the FoB ZL on a second casting once inside EJ. Can someone confirm this to make sure he wasnt doing something wrong?

This was fixed in the last patch. Casting EJ evac twice doesn't work anymore. You need to cast the lv57 Evacuate or Abscond.
