Don't think so. I see them on vendors in starting areas on the regular however.

That's odd no vendor ever bought mine. Oh well its a lame quest anyway

If Iksar, there is some convoluted quest to get it back I think. All other races, just roll another char and drop transfer it.

Am I missing something? What's the point of keeping the newbie tunic?

And here I thought they were no drop .

There are just some low level quests that let you upgrade newb armor from your guild master.

Iksars can definitely get them.back but I don't think anyone else can.
Also iksars don't all get tunics. Monk gets bracer sk is a halberd or something etc

I knew I saved my starting tunic and club* for a reason! Years of bank space consumed for a cause!
