Overthere - Undead Foreman- Resolved

For some reason, the Undead Foreman is currently standing outside the Overthere fort (approximately 2000, 3200). Shouldn't he be inside?

Talk to "an undead foreman", at +2385, +3305. (Back by the boats.)

This must have been a temporary issue, or he got stuck elsewhere. He spawns where he should.
