Was the double evac fix intended for this item to not work in Sky?

I don't think so. I think the patch addressed situations like using Evacuate: West while in West Karana to get to Qeynos Hills zoneline.

Also ran into sky neck problems tonight. Can use neck to port into Sky just fine, but when using the neck in sky, I get just an interrupt message and the item is out of charges.

The spell Alter Plane: Sky still takes you back to 1, but the neck does not work.

Agreed... Except the snare hat was awesome (until I realised it couldn't be recharged, wtf is up with that?! Surely I am wrong there).

Since the bug of the Amulet of the Void not working in the Plane of Sky was introduced as a result of another bug fix (casting Evac/succor spells within the zone), will this be addressed in the next patch?

Are the devs aware of this issue? They seem to have fixed the recharge portion of the bug...
