Spawn timer for Magi P`Tasa went up from 8 hours with no variance to 72 hours +/- 12 hours. This will obviously affect the price of the Staff of Elemental Mastery: Earth. And since this is a bottleneck Epic item, it would affect it a good bit.

I'm not advocating the extremely ridiculous pricing, but I'm stating the logic of the change.

Tought rogue epic was the only one you got the effect before 50 (46) since they changed it to a normal haste in the last patch or so, making it the exception to the must be lev 50 to get the effect nerf.

If this is the case that's not classic. All Epics can be completed at level 46, but the clicky and procs all should require level 50 on Epics.

If you have evidence that the Magician Epic click works pre-50 on P99 please post it in the Bug Report section of the forums.

When I was the only person to sell an Earth Staff MQ in over two years during the days where it only dropped from the highly contested Inny himself, the earth staff went for 800k.
