yes you can MQ hand of maestro, Spiroc Wingblade and ball of Everliving golem. The Npcs Con indifferent to all they are on separate factions compared to the remaining freeport guards for example.

Block of Permafrost is very rare but solable as a SK 60 with fd split pull , fear kite and Fungi as long as you clear goblins at King area in Permafrost :) people also sell this Block for 5k but i farmed that one took me 2-3 days with like 20-25 giant kills using low mana snaredot pulls and low cost short duration fear to avoid training the whole zone :)

I ended up paying 20k for hand of maestro and 80k for Ancient blade. Green scales i luckily got for 450k i would have bought it for 500k if needed but there were 2 for sale at that point.
