Dwigus Lowater long reach

Dwigus Lowater, a named goblin in Dagnor's Cauldron, appears to have a massive reach. I was trying to root/rot him from a great distance but he was still able to hit me. Eventually, root broke and I watched him walk up to me, so it's not like I was lagged out and just unable to see him.

Lots of water goblins can shoot arrows, are you sure he just wasn't shooting arrows at you for less damage then his melee? This happens with aqua goblins in Lake Rathe as well

Aye prolly Arrows, funny thing about that is they don't seem to have a "the target is to close to shoot arrows at" code.
If you root them just outside melee range they still shoot arrows at you.
