When I login it says I have 0 of 0 expansions

I installed EQ titanium..yes i have the disc. changed eq.txt files and changed eqgame.exe file.. When i log in...it wont let me play. and it just says i have 0 of 0 expansions downloaded

anyone know how to fix this issue??

oh i downloaded them but i guess i didnt unzip them...blah and winzip is not letting me extract them for whatever reason

blah what do you guys use to extract files?? winzip is soo retarded.

i normally only have to right click and go to extract and it works. but its not.

okay i successfully unzipped the ui files... i think my problem is unzipping the eq changes 3. when i extract that i only get a couple things come from that. like global load, a resources folder and maybe 1 or 2 other files.

anyone know why i have this problem??

i have downloaded project 1999 successfully on my other computer before...
