So I've decided to start playing again and I did a fresh install and after I extract all the files and replace the old ones etc.. I try to load up the game and it says "DSETUP.dll" is missing. I've installed this game many times before on many computers and never had this problem. I've followed all the troubleshooting from the guides. Anyone else having this issue or know of a fix?
