Any other suggestions for this fix? Trying to install this on a friend's computer and he's having this issue. Tried updating the bios and even a fresh P99 install via my files and still running into the same problem.

I am having this same issue. If anyone that has encountered it and fixed it can respond with how, that would be great.
Edit: Ok, the issue is with resolution. If you hit Alt + Enter, it will switch yuo to Windowed mode and let you see the screen.

Finally found an eqTitanium set of iso, jumped through hoops to convert them into five CDs, through another hoop getting them all to install into a folder (3.5GB) then another hoop removing a few files re the guidebook, then another hoop replacing a few files re the p99files45 zip
Then launched from 'launch titanium' batch file icon in the eq folder... got a black full screen, windows task manager showed Everquest was running.
Tried alt+enter reduced the full display black screen to a little popup with the EULA decline/accept screen
The login screen wants a 'station username' and password
Does the p99 have a different login screen, do i now have to reinstall the whole game again? to get to the p99 user/password?
OH, u do not use the p99 forum id, aparently one uses a game id, i guess i made here long ago...
geez there are like five 'legends' servers and 13 'preferred' and way too many to count 'standard' servers !
