okay i can i login now BUT

when loading to character select i get the error (the instruction at 0x029f45b4 referenced memory at 0x036ef0b4. The memory could not be read. click okay to terminate) now that is with me launching from the everquest folder because if i create a shortcut i cant launch at all i get can not find the game error.
any help or direction to posts would be grateful thank you

I actually just added this one to my new project, the wiki Tech Support page (http://wiki.project1999.com/Tech_Support). Take a look and see if http://wiki.project1999.com/Tech_Support#Problem:_Error_on_login:_.22The_instr uction_at_0x029110ce_referenced_memory_at_0xffffff fc._The_memory_could_not_be_read.22 helps (short version: you're going to need to play with your eqclient.ini resolution settings).

copy and paste your ini file.

Then set your .bat file to sp2 as well as eqgame.exe to sp2.
