He's supposed to be 4 hours according to alla.

allakhazam is for current day eq... come on, you're smart you can figure that out =p. alla also says he's in east freeport lol

back in these days lucan was a week spawn. he was increased when epics came out I believe because soulfire is used for it.

Having done the pally epic quest before I also noticed that Sir Lucan D`Lere wasn't arround in freeport.
