No Way to Raise- Beta Neutral Faction

IDK but looks like NPC, Mirzna in Neriak is supposed to carry, Rune of Fortune. Rune of Fortune is turned in to raise faction. Either its a wrong era quest or the merchant item is missing

I also turned in 100 bloodstones to NPC, Tarn Visilin in HHK and no increase.

So how am i supposed to get my pet spells and do ENC quests? No one goes to HHK anymore. Its way out of the way to get someone to do some good Samaritan work.

Beta Neutral in classic EQ did not have any way to raise once you were less than apprehensive. GMs would reset the faction for players that needed it for important quests, because it was a bug to be able to kill an NPC and have it lowered.

The "Beta Neutral faction" quest was a money sink for the Incandescent Gloves to get your beta neutral up from Indifferent to Amiable, not a way to fix it if you were dubious or below.

On a side note, looks like you give Mirzna 50 gold to get a Rune of Fortune, you don't vend it off her.

So is Tarn on the beta-neutral faction now? Still cons dubious (as he did when he was on the Highkeep merchants faction).

Tarn doesn't give out gleaming gloves for Incandescent Gloves-quest when handing him a bloodstone while he's indifferent con.
