Hi,

I'm a French guy who started playing EQ with the Kunark expansion (back in 2000), then moved on to Luclin.
I left the game around 2004 and came back about last year.
But I found that, although playing for free, the game was not the same anymore (to say the least). Too easy, too few people in the low levels, deserted zones... I leveled in CR from 15 to 35 in just a few days, playing solo with all the games buffs... and a 10 years worth of rewards.
So, no more fun... and nobody to group in Dalnir...

Then someone came along on EQ's Forum and told me about P999.

And here I am !

I started my main character again, a human monk, but in Freeport this time.
I plan to do the Sash quest while tailoring Cured Silk before moving on to Queynos for the Headband quest. And Dalnir afterwards :)

After all this time, I'm feeling like a noob again, getting used to setting up the chat windows and hot keys banks... And I'll have to learn to group again...

See you in NDoR or EC...

Francois

Laellane, Human Monk, disciple of the Ashen Order, Freeport (currently lv 5)

I don't know much French beyond "C'est la vie," but in honor of EQ: "C'est la jeu."

I had to look up the word for game on Google. I hope I got it right.

Welcome to P Neuf Neuf

Jeu is masculine. Would it be l'jeu or le jeu?

It would be "le jeu". But "l'jeu" is OK if you want to sound like a true Parisian :D
