Which class benefits most from Skyshrine pants?

Necro (https://wiki.project1999.com/Rotting_Trousers) and Mage (https://wiki.project1999.com/Prestidigitator%27s_Trousers) pants have nearly the same stats and give a decent chunk of Hp and Mana and cast the 39 necro pet buff and 49 mage pet buff respectively.

Chanter pants give a little more mana and some charisma and cast Clarity on command. https://wiki.project1999.com/Illusionist%27s_Pantaloons

Wizzie pants cast a FR/CR buff. https://wiki.project1999.com/Icicle_Pantaloons
My wizard already has these - also fairly certain the Wizard's pants are not the best out of these four.

Is anyone able to confirm these all work from first level? Might weigh in favor of a lowbie chanter benefitting most from the pants pre-clarity.

Yeah. That's why I'm asking. Someone had reported that other velious armor was working at lower levels than the wiki indicated they would. Attempting to parse out the BS and see if anyone has actually tried to use them before 50 and had success or not. I'm inclined to believe the wiki over folks speculating to the contrary but I figured someone here could confirm/deny.

Don't hesitate to doubt the wiki, it is wrong, not infrequently, asking around is probably a good idea. Maybe someone could delevel to test it then rez back after.

I mean, certainly the necro or mage one. I'd lean necro just because of the ability to haste a charmed undead pet when charming in HS/KC or wherever else you're able to get your fingers on undead mobs.

I have had a full thurg set on my chanter since lvl 12 and all of the clickies work. The wiki is wrong and all thurg, SS, and Karl armors work at lvl 1. But you need to be at least lvl5 right now to get to WL and do the faction.

Classes that benefit the most from the clickies are probably mage and Druid
