Hi all I am trying to install on a recently acquired dell pc.
Windows 8.1
Processor intel penguin CPU g2030@3.00GHz
4GB RAM
64 bit System type
I am following this guide exactly:

The problem I am having is that it the installation freezes immediately ( no progress) as sooon as I open the mounted EQtitanium_CD1.
Any assistance would be Greatly appreciated!
