Don't listen to them. 50k is plenty, especially with kunark coming out and its future limited utility; also they are much more common on this server than live. 50k is a decent price now, cheapsters just trying to get 75k now :)

However as people hoard them later and won't sell, demand might increase with supply low... so then 75k might be reasonable.

you're uninformed about the utility manastones have in combination with many kunark items. wizard epic + manastone. cleric bp + manastone.

these will sky rocket in 3 months. 50k is a terrible price and you wont find one for this much.

They must of increased in the last 3 weeks.

Someone was selling for 50k then, think Ponzi bought it up and was then re-selling for 65k.

I think you are uninformed that this item cannot be clicked off of the old world. Unless your cleric is back in the classic environment it is going to be a pretty stone in his bag.

Wizard is going to be the only one after this soon and people are gonna start dumping them when kunark opens. I am willing to bet you will see them at 30 to 40k within a couple months of kunark opening.

Druids still get some utility from them as well...

While I have never played a druid I have heard from more than one that even in the classic environment they aren't really that useful. Maybe Superior heal changes this, but then you need to factor in port/gate mana.

We will have to wait and see what happens but I am guessing people are gonna start dumping these like crazy unless for some crazy reason the devs are unable to stop it from being clicked in kunark in which case it will go up in value.

Or for those of us who are smart, we know that just because Kunark is open doesn't mean that old world is obsolete.

again you're clueless if you think a manastone isn't game changing for a druid. maybe if you're a druid with shit gear it sucks, but if you have good equipment it is a must-have

these will be 100-150k in kunark easily.

As I had mentioned I was just repeating what a couple druids told me. Perhaps their gear was shit. I have no idea.

That is odd, I don't recall saying the old world is obsolete.

I did however imply that in my opinion, that the usefulness of the item will be significantly decreased and this will decrease the value of the item.

I need more edjumakshun I guess.

I am a druid and got my MS a months ago. With Cholro MS is basicly a 1/2clarity (over time) or a 15%-20% mana surge (instant) that stacks with clarity. It has made camps that i found very challanging as a solo druid (Dino) much more palatable. If you do not think a manastone is game changing as a regen class you are very wrong. BTW it has nothing to do with healing and everything to do with regen.

I was thinking of selling mine for 80k, but on further reflection i am going to hold on to it.

Value goes up as hp and mana pools do. I'm not going to go on and on about why a manastone is uber-valuable in Kunark, because it'd be easier for me if the price didn't jump, but suffice to say that if you're a cleric, druid, or wizard that knows how to play your class, a manastone is the most valuable item in the game. It's going to be impossible to find a manastone under 100k in a couple months.

Can we get this debate transferred over to my thread so I don't have to bump it continuously

People who don't own manastones predict their decline in price; for all of those that have one, and know it's true value, are happy we do, and won't sell them until Kunark. If we even do.

right. ive had my manastone for a long time. i dont think id sell it for any price, because nothing can replace it in terms of utility. nothing comes even close.

Just wanted to LOL at the retard thinking Manastones price will skyrocket. Everyone and their mother dumping them off now. Going rate seems to be around 60k.

Maybe in a year the price may go up but that will be after the mass sell off.
