Iksar Faction Question

Hi,

I decided one day that my wood elf druid wanted to get to the point where he could walk in to Cabilis unabated. So, I began killing Iksar bandits. I've done at least 500 of them now. The wiki states each one is 10 pts to the positive. According to what I've looked up, -2000 to -701 is Scowls, then Threatening till -101, etc etc.

Okay ... so, assuming each bandit is 10 points... 500 would = 5000 rep, unless it's false logic here. Going on said assumption (and even if each kill were half that), I should have long since been out of the Scowls phase, but Trooper Mozo .. the turn in for bones and the next step in the process is still Scowling.


What gives, what am I missing?

They are 1 point of faction per kill more than likely.

Alright, before I spend the 21 hours that would take to do. If I serve Tunare as a druid, is there going to be either a racial or deity specific block to raising the Cab faction? Ie they would always attack regardless based on the god.

Nope. Your own personal efforts will eventually win the hearts of lizardkind no matter how reviled you may be presently.

My ranger is allied with most cab factions and walks around freely for the most part.

You must kill 3000 of everything as penance for being a filthy Tunare-worshipping druid who isn't an Iksar.

Also the wiki faction hit amounts are BS. They're +1.

Okay ... what about merchant access? A DE said they'd turned in 5k bone chips and were still unable to use the merchants?

TL;DR - Just over 500 stacks to be able to vendor. Did another few past that to get to amiable for better pricing.

Aight, Thanks everyone ... had been losing steam thinking it couldn't be done. Definitely finishing what I started though.

Should add I'm still working on the Necro faction. Killed 1235 bandits and still scowls. I expect to need another 800-1266 hits because they are indeed +1 only.
