I've heard that Magi P'tasa in hate is on lockdown by certain guilds that kill him every spawn to sell the MQ.
I see a few posts in EC tunnel asking 400-500k; As a person who will never realistically have that kind of plat, is there any hope of me finishing this quest? Is the talk of it being on permanent lockdown an exaggeration?
