The haste effect from the enchanter epic click is currently set to last for 20 minutes. As of June 2001, during Velious, and also before the timeline of other features added in the most recent P99 patch, it was changed to last for 30 minutes. This would be a great change if you could get it included in the next patch, and shouldn't be very hard to fix.

About halfway down the page there, listed under the Item Changes section, you can see that Speed of the Shissar was changed to 30 minutes, and was changed to no longer block Call of Earth.

Scrolling down near the bottom of this list here, you can see under the Item Changes section once again, that on June 27th 2001, at the same time the evacs had their zone requirements removed, Speed of the Shissar was updated to have 30 minute duration and no longer block Call of Earth.
Please address this issue as soon as possible! Us raiding enchanters of the server sure would appreciate it a whole heck of a lot!
